JS polymer cement waterproof coating is a two-component water-based waterproof coating made from high-quality modified polymer emulsion and various additives as the organic liquid material, and special cement along with multiple additives as the inorganic powder material, processed through a scientific formula.

Construction Process:
Subgrade treatment → Detailed additional waterproof layer construction → Large area coating waterproof layer construction → Quality inspection and acceptance → Protective isolation layer construction.
Key Points of Construction:
1、The construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. Do not construct in rainy or cloudy weather.
2、Subgrade treatment: The subgrade should be flat, solid, clean, free of standing water, floating dust, and oil contamination. Rounded treatments should be applied to corners and pipe roots.
3、Coating mixing: Refer to the product quality certificate for the mixing ratio. First, add the liquid material and a small amount of water to the mixing bucket, then slowly add the powder material while mechanically stirring. The mixed coating should be used within 2 hours, and no additional water should be added during the use.
4、Detailed additional waterproof layer construction: Apply additional layers to detailed nodes such as corners, pipe roots, and drainage outlets. Apply in 2 to 3 coats, and place reinforcing materials in between to ensure the waterproof coating is fully soaked into the reinforcing layer without wrinkles or lifting.
5、Large area coating waterproof layer construction: It is advisable to first apply the coating to vertical surfaces and then to horizontal surfaces. Apply in 2 to 3 coats, waiting for the previous coat to fully dry before applying the next. The application direction should be perpendicular to the previous one.
6、Protective isolation layer construction: In humid conditions, the drying speed of the product will slow down. Appropriately extend the drying time, conduct a water retention test after the waterproof layer is completely dry, and proceed with the protective isolation layer construction as per design requirements after acceptance.
Precautions:
1、The construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. Do not construct in rainy or cloudy weather.
2、The coating can be diluted with water, but the amount of water added should not exceed 15% of the liquid material.
3、After mixing the coating according to the specified ratio, use it up within 2 hours. Do not add water again during the use.
4、The coating takes 2 to 3 days to fully dry. In humid environments, the drying time should be appropriately extended.
5、The water retention test can be conducted after the coating is fully dry. After passing the acceptance, proceed with the protective isolation layer construction as per design requirements
Product Application:
Used for waterproofing projects in indoor areas of buildings such as bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, floor levels, and floor heating systems. It can also be used as one of the multiple waterproofing layers in non-exposed roof applications.
