Performance: This product has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, easy to ensure filtration accuracy, and easy regeneration; the titanium filter element is made of titanium powder that is formed and sintered at high temperature, so the surface particles are not easy to fall off; used in the air The temperature can reach 500~600℃; it is suitable for filtration of various corrosive media, such as: filtration of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroxide, sea water, aqua regia and chloride solutions such as iron, copper, sodium and so on. It has excellent mechanical properties and can be processed by cutting, welding and other machining. It has high pressure resistance and internal pressure destruction strength of up to more than 2MPa. Its filtration accuracy is easy to ensure, and the pore diameter will not deform even when working under high temperature and high pressure. Its porosity can reach 35-45%, the pore size distribution is uniform, the dirt holding capacity is large, and the regeneration method is simple, and it can be reused after regeneration.

Application: Titanium filter elements are widely used in the following aspects:

1. Used in liquid-solid and gas-solid separation
